My name is Lisa. I'm a 32 year old American mother of two kids (Estelah, 3 and Dylan, 4). I'm married to an English teacher husband, and we enjoy living overseas and moving around a lot. In the past ten years, I've lived in Florida, Massachusetts, New Orleans, Venezuela, Kenya, Abu Dhabi and Hong Kong. I'm tired.
I love reading and writing. I'm a social worker, but I haven't worked since my eldest was born and now I'm contemplating what I want to do once the kids start school. I would like, very much, to just sit and write all day. But apparently that job doesn't pay so well.
I co-host a writing challenge blog, Trifecta, that you should really check out. It's a lot of fun and a great way to dedicate time to your writing.
